We do not collect or store any card, UPI, or banking details.

• Verify COD orders using OTP, calls, or automated verification methods
• Enable and manage checkout-related customizations
• Reduce fake or fraudulent COD orders
• Improve checkout conversion and user experience
• Notify merchants about verification and checkout events
• Provide customer and merchant support

• Data is stored only for operational and feature-related purposes
• Checkout and order-related data is retained for a limited duration
• Merchants may request deletion of stored data at any time

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data may be shared only with:

• SMS, call, or communication service providers
• Infrastructure and analytics providers (strictly for App functionality)
• Shopify, as required under Shopify App policies
• Legal authorities if required by law

6. Merchant Responsibilities
